Well this is my attempt to do a blog for Alexa. My mother-in-law wants to keep up with her so so here I go :). Alexa was born on March 10th weighing in at 8 lbs and 4 ounces. Yes, my baby was a lamb chop!! She is such a blessing to us. She is the sweetest angel and I'm loving every second of being her mom. Sam is so great with her and she loves it when her dad comes home. She is 9 weeks now and has already started to roll over! She is very alert these days and is smiling and laughing all the time (and its not just gas I promise). She loves her bath time and literally tries to roll over and swim in the tub. I think we'll have a swimmer on our hands :). From the day she came into the world, Sam and I have been head over heals in love with her. I thank God everyday for blessing us with a healthy, happy, beautiful baby girl!

A look back during my pregnancy

Well while I was carrying Alexa, I didn't think I was that big but MAN was I wrong. My belly looks huge here :).

This was the night before my delivery. I don't look uncomfortable at all do I?!??! The last night with leg cramps, getting up 4 times to run to the bathroom, having to sleep with 4 pillows... Well, at least until #2 comes along :)

It's amazing looking back at her 4D ultrasounds. She still loves her hands like she did in the womb. I remember staring at these pictures at work thinking how cute she was and how I couldn't wait to hold her. The whole experience is even better than I could only imagine!
